Cheryl LeBlanc is a counsellor who offers a calm, supportive, and confidential space where clients can pause, breathe, and make sense of what is happening inside. Whether you are navigating stress, low mood, school refusal, relationship challenges, or other difficulties, Cheryl provides a grounded presence and a compassionate approach. Her goal is to listen without judgement, understand your concerns, and help you explore what truly works for you.
Cheryl is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate. She also brings training as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher, which supports her use of mindfulness and body awareness when appropriate. She works with teens and adults using evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness based practices. When working with children, Cheryl emphasizes emotional literacy, self regulation, and coping strategies to build resilience and confidence.
Cheryl has been in practice for 10 years. She completed her Master of Counselling Psychology at the University of New Brunswick in 2015, in addition to earlier degrees in science and education. She maintains active membership with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Cheryl supports clients experiencing concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, anger, self esteem issues, behavioural challenges, learning and school difficulties, and life transitions. She works with children, preteens, teens, and adults in individual sessions.
In your first session, Cheryl will take time to understand what brought you to therapy and collaborate with you on an approach that fits your needs and goals. Jennifer MacDonald is a Registered Counselling Therapist and a member of the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. She holds a Master of Education in Counselling from Acadia University and a background in psychology from Mount Saint Vincent University. Jennifer brings a steady, compassionate presence to her work and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space for every client she meets.
Jennifer works extensively with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Her approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and the belief that people thrive when they feel understood and genuinely supported. She helps young people navigate emotions, school challenges, family stress, and identity development, while offering practical guidance to build resilience and confidence. Sheri Taylor
Sheri L. Taylor, MBA, MACP, RCT-C, is a Registered Psychotherapist known for her warm, human-centred approach to helping individuals create meaningful and fulfilling lives. With extensive experience in financial, career, and mental health counselling, she brings a unique, holistic perspective to her work, supporting clients as they navigate challenges and strengthen their emotional well-being. Sheri is passionate about empowering people to build healthy relationships, foster resilience, and reconnect with their personal strengths. She offers both traditional therapeutic sessions and nature-based walk-and-talk therapy for those who find healing through movement and the outdoors. In addition to her clinical work, Sheri leads wellness retreats for individuals and corporate groups, creating spaces for reflection, growth, and renewal. Her therapeutic style integrates narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, allowing her to tailor her approach to each client’s needs.
